02 — Family travel

Airport trips need more than the airport name. Send the flight number, terminal, scheduled landing or departure time, passenger count and luggage total. For departure flights, leave a generous buffer for traffic and border processing.
Important: A road transfer time cannot be guaranteed because traffic, checkpoint queues, weather and border processing are outside any driver’s control.

Plan with a buffer, not a promised travel time.
Weekends, school holidays, public holidays and major events can change demand and checkpoint conditions. The right plan is to share any non-negotiable appointment or flight time before confirming pickup.
